Just outside of Pendleton, on the Umatilla Reservation, Crow's Shadow Institute provides classes, workshops and a world-class printmaking facility for American Indian artists. Founded in 1992, the institute provides an opportunity for self expression as well as an economic opportunity for the rural native community.
